Thanks to Google and other forward thinking partners I’m sure the NFC logo will become as common as the Bluetooth symbol. But where is the NFC logo in this picture? Wonder when or if Apple will embrace this service in future mobile devices. Regardless of big tech and retail endorsements the ultimate test will be consumer adoption. How far away are we from the day mobile devices will replace plastic credit cards and leather wallets? What do you think? I was rowing with the “ChinaSF Golden Serpents” in the “Novice Bay Area Bash.” Our team raced extremely well. We placed 1st in our first two races and 4th in the championship out of 30+ novice teams.</p> <p>This was my first time participating in the festival and it certainly won’t be my last. I’m already looking forward to next year!
