About a month ago I decided to cut caffeine from my diet. After a few days of on and off headaches I regained control over my coffee cravings and I feel great. It’s remarkable how much our diet influences our purchase behavior and decisions. That’s what motivated me to start reading “The end of overeating. Taking Control of the Insatiable American Appetite.” I’m hoping to learn a bit more about what’s behind my cravings and the urge to eat out.
