Happy to see an NFC option available at Peet’s Coffee. Thanks to Google and other forward thinking partners I’m sure the NFC logo will become as common as the Bluetooth symbol. But where is the NFC logo in this picture? Wonder when or if Apple will embrace this service in future mobile devices. Regardless of big tech and retail endorsements the ultimate test will be consumer adoption. How far away are we from the day mobile devices will replace plastic credit cards and leather wallets?
